Price stacked above EMA20 > EMA50 = bullish. Reverse for bearish. Neutral otherwise.

RSI(14). Above 70 = overbought risk; below 30 = oversold bounce potential; balanced tilts direction.

Price vs rolling VWAP tells you who's in control — buyers, sellers, or a decision zone.

ATR% band 0.10–0.40 is healthy. Outside that = chop or news-driven risk.

Higher-timeframe trend must agree. This single filter kills the majority of false M15 entries.
Composite Score Formula
Score = 0.25·M15Trend + 0.20·RSI + 0.15·VWAP + 0.15·ATR% + 0.25·H1Trend
Each subscore is 0–100. Confidence = |Score − 50| × 2. Weights are visible in-app and will be walk-forward-validated in Phase C.

How to read BUY / SELL / WAIT

The engine translates the composite score into one of three verdicts. Each comes with a suggested entry, stop loss, and two take-profit levels — all derived from live ATR.

Levels are ATR-anchored: Stop Loss = ±1.2 × ATR(14) · TP1 = ±1.0 × ATR(14) · TP2 = ±2.0 × ATR(14). This adapts risk to current volatility instead of using fixed pip stops that break during news.
